Maribel Aber is host for The Broadway Channel's 2010 Tony Awards Coverage

    Maribel Aber as Host for 2010 Tony Awards Coverage

 

New York, New York—June 8, 2010—The Broadway Channel® today announced a partnership with television host, presenter and spokesperson Maribel Aber.  Maribel is a featured contributor for the nationally syndicated show, “Better.”  She also serves as a spokesperson for Experian. Maribel’s involvement with The Broadway Channel® will include: hosting, interviewing members of the Broadway community and working with the producing team to create new programming. 

Maribel will be conducting interviews for The Broadway Channel® and reporting from the red carpet at the 64th Annual Tony Awards.  She will conduct interviews with nominees, presenters and provide viewers with unique behind the scenes insights from stars, celebrities and presenters.  This special coverage of the Tony Awards is provided as part of The Broadway Channel programming and all associated media outlets.

No stranger to Broadway, Maribel has welcomed and interviewed numerous Broadway and Off-Broadway productions and stars at the NASDAQ Opening Bell Ceremonies including Chicago, Xanadu and Altar Boys. In her former role as Vice President of NASDAQ she was responsible for running the seven-story broadcast studio, in the heart of Times Square.  She made her transition into lifestyle and entertainment reporting after more than a decade in the securities industry.
