BROADWAY CHANNEL ANNOUNCES DISTRIBUTION AGREEMENT
WITH TIME WARNER CABLE

                   June 14, 2004, New York, NY---The Broadway Channel® announces they have secured a new distribution outlet via Time Warner Cable’s fiber feed to affiliated Manhattan hotels.

The distribution agreement with Time Warner Cable will enhance programming while expanding The Broadway Channel® audience to reach additional Manhattan hotel guests.  The fiber feed launch includes fine hotels representing destinations in New York City including Chambers, The Peninsula, The Lowell and the Plaza Athena.

The Time Warner Cable distribution coincides with The Broadway Channel® launch of digital daily programming in Manhattan hotels.  This enables The Broadway Channel® to update feature and special programming content on a daily basis with “time of day” emphasis on informing guests of upcoming theatrical news and show features.

Now available to 40,659 New York hotel guests each day in 59 hotels including the new and exclusive Mandarin Oriental, the The Broadway Channel® provides Broadway Previews, a news and information program about Broadway and Off-Broadway productions.  State of the art 24-hour programming includes previews of current performances and star interviews.  New interviews this month include feature Christy Carlson Romano (Beauty and the Beast), Shirley Jones (42nd Street) and Patrick Cassidy (42nd Street).

A special segment on the 2004 Tony Awards includes red carpet footage with notable celebrities such as Sarah Jessica Parker, Kevin Kline, LL Cool J, Sean Combs, Rosie O’Donnell, Boy George, Billy Joel and Mary J. Blige.  Backstage interviews with 2004 Tony Award winners Idina Menzel (Best Actress in a Musical, Wicked), Kathleen Marshall (Best Choreographer for Wonderful Town).  Additional 2004 Tony Awards coverage on The Broadway Channel® includes cast, designers or producers from Assassins, Avenue Q, Wicked and Wonderful Town.
