| February 15, 2006, New York, NY - The Broadway Channel® today announces that it will provide daily programming to all guest rooms and suites at one of Manhattan’s most sophisticated hotels, the Paramount Hotel New York, located in the heart of the theatre district at 235 West 46 Street.
The Broadway Channel® programming will be delivered via a state of the art home theater experience with digitally delivered high-definition video. Each of the 567 luxurious guest rooms and suites at the Paramount will provide The Broadway Channel® to guests for current previews of the best of Broadway and off-Broadway.
The Broadway Channel® provides Broadway Previews, a news and information program about Broadway and off-Broadway productions that airs on its very own dedicated channel in Manhattan’s finest hotels. Daily programming includes previews of current performances, interviews with some of Broadway’s brightest stars such as John O’Hurley (CHICAGO), Gary Beach (THE PRODUCERS), Jonathan Pryce (DIRTY ROTTEN SCOUNDRELS), John Pinette (HAIRSPRAY) and Michael McGrath (MONTY PYTHON’S SPAMALOT) while highlighting theatre locations and ticket information.
Broadway Previews is the first and only televised theatre program devoted exclusively to New York Theatre. The Broadway Channel® provides real time digital programming that allows for daily updates. Changes to programming reflect the latest cast interviews, features and special events on Broadway such as the 2005 Tony Awards, Broadway On Broadway and Stars in the Alley.
